Bucks County Community College

Founded as a two-year public institution in 1964, Bucks County Community College has grown to offer almost 80 academic programs that lead to an associate degree or certificate.

The 200-acre campus, located in Newtown, PA, currently serves over 9,000 credit-seeking students and over 70,000 students in noncredit programs. In an effort to solve campus navigational issues, Bucks County Community College approached Howard Industries PRIME Sign Program with the challenge of designing, manufacturing and installing functional signage that offered a more contemporary appearance.

Focusing on exterior wayfinding signage, Bucks County Community College began working with Howard Industries’ PRIME Sign Program to achieve their goal. Through multiple phases, Howard Industries’ PRIME Sign Program created and implemented a campus wide signage program that increased ease of navigation, beautified grounds, and solidified the Bucks County Community College brand image.
