With her BFA in Graphic Design from R.I.T., Jen began her signage industry career with Howard Industries’ PRIME Sign Program in 2004 as a Signage Design Illustrator. From there she grew her industry knowledge base with hands-on production and installation contributions; Jen later advanced to Project Specialist and most recently to Program Director. Jen is a sports fanatic, die-hard Buffalo Bills fan and coaches middle school girls’ basketball.
With a strong background in sales and marketing "Mike G" enlisted with the Howard Industries PRIME Sign Program back in the fall of 2013, bringing with him a robust love of dogs and competitive spirit. Mike, an Erie, PA native, family man and 23 year member of the P.G.A. of America, has a passion for golf and travel.
Hailing from neighboring community, Girard, PA, Michelle joined Howard Industries' PRIME Sign Program toting with her thirty-one years of customer service, sales, and sales management experience. Michelle is a people person who truly appreciates the one-on-one interaction sales/customer service provides and she continually strives for total client satisfaction. Her personal hobbies include cooking, baking, and devoting time to help animal rescue organizations; she too is a lover of four-legged, fury friends.
Joining us from the lush greens of the Kahkwa Club, where he spent ten years as a Golf Professional, Shawn has moved into his role as a Project Specialist with Howard Industries' PRIME Sign Program eager to immerse himself within the architectural signage industry. In addition to his love of golf, Shawn enjoys spending time with his newlywed Megan, two-year-old daughter Peyton, and most recent addition to the family, Paulie, a Golden Doodle.
Chris came to us in 2018 with 20+ years of visual journalism experience in the newspaper industry. In 2016, he created Sigmund Design Studio to use his writing, illustrating and designing capabilities to help serve various nonprofit businesses in the northeastern part of the U.S. and Erie County’s community college initiative. He graduated from the Art Institute of Pittsburgh with high honors. In his spare time, Chris loves spending time with his family, including his Boston Terrier Mini Pinscher, Lola. He also enjoys painting pictures, writing poetry, and playing guitar for Garden Heights Baptist Church in Erie.
